Holder of a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA), Bianca Epede serves as the Growth and Investment Officer of WETECH, with her key responsibilities being the sourcing and consolidation of partnerships, following up on startups within WETECH’s portfolio and participating in the conception and organization of key programs and projects. She is passionate about entrepreneurship and innovation and has been involved in supporting startups in Cameroon for over six years now. She also holds a Master’s in International Banking, Money, and Finance and has concentrated a wealth of her knowledge and research towards addressing the financial constraints of small and medium-sized enterprises in Cameroon.

Bianca Epede completed a BSc in Banking and Finance as an outstanding graduate of the University of Buea and beneficiary of the campus recruitment program in 2014. She went ahead to be the overall best student of the International Relations Institute of Cameroon between 2015 and 2017 where she competed a professional Master’s in International Banking, Money and Finance. She was crowned gold medalist of the Beijing Government 2022 Students Entrepreneurship Challenge Cup during her Doctorate studies at the University of Science and Technology Beijing. Having studied and worked in diverse and multicultural settings, she has accumulated a rich team building experience and she is driven by her passion for impactful work and research.
